TV Review: Elementary (2012-)

image⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5   [TV-14]

Elementary is a modernized version of the Sherlock Holmes stories in which Sherlock is just out of drug rehab and Dr Watson, who is female for a change, is assigned as his sober-companion in New York City. It strays away from the originals a lot and becomes more and more of it’s own unique story as it goes! Sometimes it’s as if it takes place after the events in Arthur Conan Doyle’s works. Elementary also has great character development and the evolution of Holmes and Watson’s friendship is really well done! I think 11 or maybe 10 is about the youngest age that should be watching this show. If you like detective/cop shows, you’ll like Elementary!
